The Memphis Grizzlies suspended Ja Morant from all team activities yesterday after a video surfaced of Morant flashing a gun on a friend’s Instagram Live account. This comes two months after Morant served an 8-game suspension for flashing a gun on his own Instagram Live account. An NBA spokesperson said “We are aware of the social media post involving Ja Morant and are in the process of gathering more information.” Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe react.

I am not that into sports but I love listening to these two gentleman. What this sounds like is, that his team, coach, owners of the team, needs to save this young man (since his own parents seem to be part of his destruction), one thing which holds true is fight by the sword, will by the sword. Some one will challenge him and he will be wounded or killed or he is going to cause the death of another person and spend years or life in prison. It is sad that this young talented athlete doesn't' understand all that he may be about to lose and there is no coming back. There are young boys and men that dream and work hard hoping one day to be where he is and he is carelessly losing it. Anyone who follows him will probably disappear once he is off the team, and maybe the only life for him would be in a street gang if he hasn't invested any money he has already…even if he has a company it isn't hard to lose absolutely everything.

He’s such a dynamic personality and talent. He made the grizzlies into an exciting and successful team. It’s really a shame to see this crumble.
