VAR officials saying that it "wasn't a full swing of the arm" is the dumbest thing I've heard. He clenched his fist and put his straight into his face/nose.
He knew EXACTLY what he was doing but because he didn't telegraph the punch with a big swing it's fine to do, is it? Ok. Brilliant.
