If that's a foul these days then we might aswell be playing ballet. "Contact sport" yeh…..softest thing I've ever seen
Never a foul.
It's a foul, get over it. You lost 3-1 not 1-0.
Everyone know that was a clean foul, y the doubt..
Thing for me is it was a foul. Clear push, knee to thight didn't seem to touch the ball. Was it warranting taking back…? Yes, 'cos it was a decisive point. It led to a goal. 🤷♂️
The problem is, it's not wether its a foul or not according to the laws, it's wether its 'clear and obvious' which I don't think it is, so shouldn't be overturned.
There's a difference between a barge and a push, he literally used both hands to shove him off the ball
It wasn't foul it was a clean tackle. The Mancs were lucky that a few decision went their way.🙄
It’s 100% a foul…but I think the argument is wether VAR should’ve been used in the 1st place
No debate
Odegaard made a poor attempt to win the ball and just bundles Eriksen over! Clear foul!
but mings can grab saka and throw him to the ground and nothing, or maguire can hold eddie and block him from getting the ball again no foul but when its arsenal of course we get punished
McTominay did a similar challenge and it was classed as a foul… So yep, foul 🤷🏾♂️
It was a foul and the ref should've given it without the help of VAR
5 minutes before this Mctominay "pushed" Martinelli when the ball was going out for a Utd throw in and the ref gave Arsenal a soft free kick. 5 minutes later Oodegard pushes with 2 hands whilst kicking Ericksen and getting absolutely 0 ball yet Eriksen's one was not a foul according to Arsenal fans 🤣🤣🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Eriksen was pushed and the player got nothing on the ball there is no way that isn’t a foul. The Agenda against united needs to stop. Arsenal fans need to stop being delusional because even if they scored we won 3-1 doesn’t make a difference sort out your defence mate
I think it’s a foul, the game should be a physical game but he knocked him over and doesn’t look like a dive. He tripped him up with his leg and his arms pushed him. He might not have meant it but still a foul.
No matter which side you stand( foul or no foul), they did bring up a really good point though, that is the inconsistency of VAR and lack of quality of the referees, the issues have been there for many years, the were criticisms as well, still not much improvement.
I knew he would agree with the Ref. Because he is like all others on the Man united payroll
Not a foul imo. The VAR isn't there to do the referees job. If it wasnt clear the first time then why does it need to be checked so closely. Either way, if a foulbis subject to Opinion then it shouldn't be a foil I don't think. The game is a contact sport but any kind of little contact could be the difference of giving away a penalty and losing a game. The VAR is not the referee.
he pushed him and caught his leg without touching the ball obvious foul if u say not ur just a arsenal fan or dont like united😂
It was a blantant foul the only people who are delusional enough to believe it wasnt is the typical deluded arsenal fans. It wss a stone wall foul ffs. Wake up u backward freaks
Not a foul for me in a million years but today how soft the game and players are it’s defo a foul
Everyone talking about this challenge which is 100% a foul. Yet Lokonga went in studs up on Bruno's shin and Var didn't even check it. Arsenal fans please keep quiet because you should have been down to 10 men in 20 minutes talking about VAR helped United 😂🤦🏻♂️.
At the end of the day foul or no foul watching it in real time says otherwise in slow mo its alot worse than it looks. VAR regardless the delay was to long and Paul Tierny again to long. We are use to real time fast pace not no NFL decision making 🤦🏿♂️
Not a foul. Come on now. This is the premiere league, crazy tackles not whistled every weekend. He pushed him. And? I support Tottenham and I clearly state that is not a foul.
Still would’ve lost 3-2 stop crying
Arsenal fan. It was a foul. Soft yes, but it was a foul. Odegaard didn’t play the ball and makes knee contact as well as puts his arms on him. Eriksen goes over way too easily, but it was definitely a foul. You see challenges like this all the time not given as fouls, but I guess the difference is those challenges probably don’t then lead to goals. I’m not dwelling on one decision as that isn’t why we lost. It’s one game, we move on. 🔴⚪️
it's a foul, always a foul. in the box that's a pen all day
Anyone who says its a foul hates united, its that simple. Neutrals who dont care say its a foul all day. Bitter ABU haters say otherwise
what annoys me is he let the play go then they showed him the same angle which he already saw the play from and made it slow mo which we all know makes things look way worse. and he changes his mind. the ref dident make that choice. the var ref did and he just went with what they said
How is it not clear and obvious? He pushes him over, can you imagine what football would look like if this was perfectly legal? Everyone would be shoving everyone.
Pathetic that football is becoming a non contact sport.
