As a palace fan I was gutted when Vieira was sacked. But it was an inspired decision, Roy has worked wonders and vieiras tactics were horrendous, eze schlupp and ayew have significantly improved since he was sacked

Pathetic. Contracts mean nothing in this sport, success doesn't happen overnight especially if you don't have billions to work with.
