If he expects you to dive and you didn't dive, you haven't DOUBLE bluffed him, you've just bluffed him… If he expects you to dive, but you know this and he knows that you know, so you think about not diving, but then you realise he might be expecting the bluff, so he doesn't shoot down the middle and you do still dive and you save it… then it's a double bluff
