      Ramos will be great but I would have love to see us go for Patrik Schick because he exactly all the qualities you talk about in Ramos. But the bonus is, he is experienced and therefore more ready to have a go. He will also give player like Broja time to develop slowly without much pressure and finally comes cheaper.

      I agree with all of the patient and positive comments about Chelsea's future and I also continue to support Potter. I can't think of another sport which chemistry is so critical to it's success and yet it's the media and a segment of fans are demanding instant gratification and off with Potter's head. In a years time I believe this team may rival some of Man U's greatest squads and that run could last for 5 or 6 years NOT 2 years. While everyone is complaining about the size of the contracts they should be pleased with the length. The future is so bright for this team BUT DAMN! I wish Havertz would start scoring again! Just wish we had Halaand…

      When we bought Lukaku he was banging goals, then suddenly he flops when he gets to us…
      Aubameyang was playing decently at Barcelona, suddenly he's bad.. Broja was promising at Southampton 🌚🌚

      I really think Datro Fofana is the answer, give him time and confidence

      It’s news like this that reinforces why we have to be patient. We may not win the prem/CL for the next 2-3 years, but once we do, we’re gonna be competing like Real Madrid and Barcelona’s have been competing for generations. What we’re building is insane, but we’re literally at the baby steps atm. Think long term, and you’ll be happier. I get it’s hard, and I wouldn’t be a real fan if I didn’t get fucking furious when we lose 1-0 to Southampton etc, but if we stick with a plan now under this new board, we will have success. Times are different now, we’re building to take over football, not jsut to compete every other year when we have a new manager bounce.

      I like Ramos as an option but I’d like Osimhen to as no1 target. He’s traditionally a style of striker that does well at chelsea. I don’t think there will be as money clubs going for him as people think as it will only be prem clubs that could afford him. City have Haaland Arsenal seem set on Vlahovic Spurs have Kane aNd I doubt if he left they would spend all that money on 1 player Newcastle couldn’t afford him for FFP. It only seems Man Utd who would be an issue for us BUT there too target seems Kane so if we could get on him early we could have a free run at Osimhen

      Currently we don’t know what formation to play or what type of player to get. Simples, follow FERGY at MAN U of old. 4-4-2 with two strikers and two on the bench ready to play; Cole, York, Sheringham, Solsjaer. In our case we have BROJA and FOFANA both of whom are inexperienced. So we need two experienced strikers who don’t need to develop. I don’t think another 19 year old helps. We are going to be the most expensive squad in the history of the championship.

      Cheaper to buy Benfica than carry on like this. We were told that if only we could get ENZO all our problems would be over because our problems were all in midfield. Clearly not true as it’s our strikers who cannot hit a barn door from 3 yards. We sold Werner and ditched KAKU as not good enough. Replaced with AUBAMEYANG who’s not up to it and FOFANA who can’t do the job either. Now we want another 19 year old up front ? How much ? Another £100m . Not viable folks. First let’s sell players for big money before we spend. That means selling to PREM rivals who can pay up. Selling to European clubs means giving at least a 50% discount as they are too poor to pay .
      If we get RAMOS and he doesn’t score in five games with PREM defenders pushing him off the ball, do we conclude he’s not good enough and sell back to Benfica for £25m ? Get real and buy a proven player. MITROVIC at Fulham for example.
