Great that the surgery went well.
Watching this past U20 Revelations Cup, I concluded that Justin Che can never play right back, even if people say; "he's so young, he can learn". I agree with most people that say he is a CB now.
He's 18yrs old, super athletic, and he has that pitbull fighting attitude to be a defender. But he also has dribbling ability to play out of the back.
Can he be converted to be a future #6? The USMNT urgently needs a backup for Tyler Adams.
What gets me is if you follow the performance of the US men for their clubs week in and week out, I don't see how people could believe that we should be qualifying without effort or that we ought to be winning the WC or any of the other nonsense I sometimes hear (from people other than Tac). It feels like it's been nearly a year since the US men did something exciting for club.

Speculation here, but I believe that Brooks had a talking with GGG at Halftime in Honduras, and he was immediately blacklisted…
I have a feeling Brooks is done with USMNT as long as GGG is the coach (Similar to Chicharito and Tata at Mexico).
I just hope moving forward this means more opportunities for Richards

In my opinion Adams is the most overrated player on the USMNT. I mean he was downright awful against Mexico and we were lucky not to get scored on a couple times because of boneheaded passes in the back by Adams. I just feel especially now that we have more depth that we need to question some of these guys. I really never thought Adams had anything special to offer other than speed and energy and I think now we got some guys with some real talent that should take his place.

Josh Sargent on the wing might be good for him, he could share the "back-up work-rate" winger role with Brendan Aaronson once Pulisic is fully healthy, Weah solidifies the spot opposite to Pulisic, and Gio Reyna moves to the midfield. Honestly he would be an ELITE replacement of Arriola's type of role because he can actually dribble and be some what creative on top of that he can be a supportive defender to Dest.
