I'm sorry I see Mason Mount as a hard worker on the filed but, his final end product in the final third is poor. 4 goals for the season? A goal scoring mid-fielder like Frank is a plus. Mount's passing in the final isn't the best as well. If he can improve on both passing and scoring, then YES keep him. I know a lot of Chelsea fans (which I'm one and love to see our youth make it in the first team) are going to give me stick for this but check Mason's stats and then comment. Kante is a good shout for 6. I’ve also been thinking about Reece playing in there due to constant injuries.
I see Gallagher as a big game player. Under Poch I’d love to see him playing in the Ali 10 roll. Enzo and Kante in behind. The energy and fearless nature of that midfield. Gallagher is a goal scorer. Kante will be allowed to roam more to stifle opponents attacks (oppose to him being shackled in a right of a midfield 3). Enzo controlling/dictating the game and sitting outside the box for shots.

I agree with you 100% on your take on Lukaku. Tuchel frustrated that guy. His numbers show he is good. But he is a very specific striker who needs a coach that knows how to use him. I can't imagine at 27, with more than 300goals, suddenly a coach wants you to change everything about how you play. That is BS!
