  1. Liverpool needs to sign gravenberch and a good defensive right back who can also pass and they are ready for next season. Trent is bossing in midfield, Bajcetic at cdm and gravenberch at Left midfield and their midfield is settled for 10 years. Enough youngsters in the attack as well but the defense is starting to get washed up, they don’t need bellingham they gotta refresh at the back. Seeing the complete mess at bayern, they might be able to get Pavard for that right back position? would be a solid solution

  2. The front side reminds me when City had players like Sterling, Sane, Foden and Mahrez in the squad. Hard to pick, but its a nice thing.

  3. This footballer……wonder kid…. has Ruud Guilit and Maldini elements in his play …..he transforms his attack with ease ….goal scoring tally is growing…so to be a sensation…..

  4. Had a transitional season thats it, a lot of injuries and some players out of form.
having diaz jota salah darwin and gagpo fully fit will be frightening next season.
we will build a team around Cody and we will be back to glory lads

  5. Dude on a few occasions legit gives me R9 vibes when running on the ball and can spin on a quarter. Mans needs to take care of his ACLs though. High IQ + speed + finishing – he is deadly. Good buy LFC

  6. He has all of the physical attributes to succeed here and I do see a lot of Bobby in him. It is natural for there to be a downturn – there has been a massive change to the front line in the past year and it's going to take time to get all of those moving parts into sync.

What I love about Gakpo is the same thing that made Bobby my favourite player; keeping a cool head, genuinely enjoying his team mates success, and looking like one of those people that everybody appreciates – you can hear in his interviews that he is a thoughtful person. I always thought Firmino was the buffer between Mo and Sadio – the peacekeeper if you like. Without him I don't think they would have lasted long together in the same team. It will be sad when Bobby leaves – he was the most vital cog in the Klopp machine.

  7. Well they said he's the new 007… look who's laughing now. Not quite as silky on the ball as Bobby, but his sheer physique and comfort of playing down the left flank is really refreshing to see. Links with Mo and Curtis well, and willing to do the hard work too (as with Darwin and Lucho). Real glad we got him!

  8. That's the thing about Gakpo. In the forward line, you'll find him able to try striking from anywhere and still does well. Left or right or center while Salah and Nunez also rotate wings.

The idea I reckon is for the forward line and players included have to learn to be able from strike from any side. That's why you very often see every single forward / winger we have playing on all wings. We saw Jota, playing RW (Covered bloody well even out of position in Salah's absence to Cup of Nations) and Striker, Nunez up top and left wing, and Gakpo, Salah, Minamino and Mane also all called to play ambidextrous when needed. Much as I prefer Nunez to play in his pure Striker position and Gakpo on left wing, but so far, I'm not worried with them playing the other way round'.

  9. Klopp is genius, He pinpoint the only Player that could be as good as Firmino in False 9 position. Gakpo is going to create an art on that, I am sure.
