Is the centre back position more crucial than a striker? Take into consideration that Antonio will get injured and we will play 2 games a week.
We have Ben Johnson and Masuaku as back up for left back. Is that ideal? For me we have 3 decent centre backs and little back up in other areas!!

Yeah I like this type of signing. It’s a signing we less likely to lose money on and possibly make more if forced to sell to make a profit on. As much as Diop gets stick he’s still in the category where we are less likely to lose money but can still spend time on him developing. Unlike the Anderson type deals. I feel at 26 Zouma wouldn’t have fell in that category and would of needed to work as his value is less like to rise. It gives us less options as a club moving forward. Add Milenkovic to our present first team of Coufal, Soucek, Bowen, Rice Fornals, that’s six core players we can make substantial profit on. Not many times throughout West Hams recent purchasing history have we had that unless they’ve been home grown only. Nice to see.
i hope he's as good as Neil Orr or Gary Strodder.
