  1. Analysts are missing the point here: This is basically like Aaron Rodgers retired from Green Bay (advanced age, difference of direction etc) but the Packers ended up getting a haul for him basically as a severance package before he left.

After somebody retires, somebody new comes in, in this case, Jordan Love, this was genius all the way around for Green Bay. People just love to use change as a negative critique piece.

  2. Remember this is the same dude that said KC was going to be trash without hill and football is a team sport we have two of the best RB a good o line our defense can show tf out if Barry plays our defense right and we have one of the best special teams in the nfl. No I am not worried about love but y’all making y’all mind just like y’all did with Arod. Just wait till season starts like no one knows but you can’t lie and say love didn’t look good in that Philly game and he looked good in the preseason last season better then he normally did

  3. As a Packers fan, I gave up on Rodgers 2 years ago. Ain't no way this man couldn't have ran that ball into the end zone.

  4. Rodgers "made his bones" by thrashing under five hundred football clubs very much like the hapless Chicago Bears who were afraid of him. A win is a win but you seldom improve as a player or team by beating the bums and palookas. He and the Packers had trouble when they faced a "for real" team….

  5. The bears wont make it easy on the Lions. as a Panthers fan ill be pulling for the Bears because of DJ Moore, PJ Walker & D'onta Foreman but hope Lions get a wildcard spot

  6. Let them underestimate. We appreciated and still appreciate 12
This is the 13 time Champion, we're not going to mediocrity. If thr F.O. didn't believe in Love, Rodgers would still be here. Not giving up their jobs for NY to have a QB. When they signed 12 to extension, it was right after Covid and they missed seeing Love develop. Last season they got to see the glimpses and the work Love put in. Count us down if you want but after next season just look up

  7. Not sure why sherman acts butt hurt. It s a business and we all know it. Get real, he’ll be 40 during the coming season. Packers didnt have what it takes to get back to a bowl if rodgers returned and nobody was fearing rodgers last season.

Just because he shows up in ny doesn't mean he gets an easier route. AFC East will be rough and He s got his work cut out for him. There will be big expectations and pressure on him.

If rodgers falters, which at some point he will, the ny media will crush him. Sure rodgers is good and yeah packers need a backup plan in case love can t cut it. If it were last year, this year or next year the band aid had to come off. The relationship between management/rodgers was never going to be an easy parting.

  8. Gotta love Richard Sherman! Not only a tremendous talent, but has a MASSIVE football IQ and I think he’s 100% on this! The Packers aren’t going to realize what they had until it’s gone!

  9. They're gonna find out like NEW ENGLAND did. Plus GB is not Miami. It's THE FROZEN TUNDRA for a reason…not just anyone can play there

  10. "What franchise goes from Bret Favre to Aaron Rogers?"

The Niners went from Joe Montana to Steve Young. There are no other examples of two Hall of Fame QBs succeeding each other.

  11. Thank you sherm I was a pack fan but they don't appreciate this man over there I swear they don't how are packers fans and the organization mad/hate Rodgers for wanting to bounce bc THEY drafted a fkn QB and many "fans" and members of the pack front office said he was washed ????? But he's in the wrong for wanting to bounce outta there🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I hope the NFL has the Packers vs the Jets at some point this year so Aaron Rodgers and the jets wipe the floor with the Packers 💯💯💯 y'all packer fan Betta hope, wish and pray that Jordan Love is all that and a bag of chips bc the pack fan base done blew me talm bout some "we glad he's gone" 🤣🤣yea aight 🫵🏽🤡 how tf the jets already done more for Rodgers inna third of an offszn than the Packers did for Rodgers in 18 years ????????????????? Nd they mad/hate Rodgers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 mfkas overly backwards🤦🏽‍♂️ I swear if the Packers start losing to the bears that's when packers fans are gonna feel it fr😭😭💯

  12. Lol so Sherman can predict the future now? He and Stephen A need to shut the hell up about the Jets 'winning' this trade. For a QB who was about to retire, had no interest in returning until some darkness retreat, and is almost 40….the Packers moved up two picks in first round, got a second rounder, and barring injury or catastrophe a first rounder next year. Everyone said Packers had no leverage? Doesn't seem that way. Packers won this trade for what they got for a 40-year old QB. He wasn't interested in working with the young guys in camp in the optional camps, wasn't putting in the extra effort, and wasn't answering phone calls from management about playing next year. Goodbye then. That's what all these clowns aren't mentioning when they point and say we lost the trade because AR12 makes you a playoff contender. He wanted out to go to "greener pastures" int he perennial powerhouse known as the New York Jets. That well-run franchise that has had sooooooo much success the past 50 years since Namath and the fluke of SB3. Good luck with that, Jets fans. Good luck in that dog fight of a division, Rodgers. And yes, I will happily take those picks, especially the first rounder everyone said we would never get our hands on. Thank you very much. No point in crying over a guy with one foot out the door. The Rodgers era had ended Sherman, stop pretending like he also didn't bring this upon himself and the Packers organization. Packers got sick of the flip-flopping and said, "Let's go get value for this guy." And I applaud them.

  13. Love showed is talent his sophomore year in college with 36 touchdowns and only 6 ints. The following year he had a lot of new faces. A new coach, offensive coordinator and a majority of players he built chemistry with ended up graduating. It's quite perplexing that not many bring this up. He sat behind an MVP caliber QB for 3 years, which is a smart system to go by in helping develop your QB instead of throwing him in the fire. And they have Tom Clements on the staff which will further develop Love into a good QB. Rodgers was developed and molded by Tom Clements and the Green Bay Packers, not the other way around. The most interesting thing about this situation is the fact that since Love has the keys to the offense, we will finally see the LaFleur version of the offense we saw in 2019 and 2020. Meaning we can see a hard return to pre-snap motions, bunch formations, rub routes, orbit motions, the illusion of complexity and more running the football to set up play action because Love will trust in the system, along with having young and fresh legs.

  14. So we should play with Rodgers when he obviously isn't giving his all and blaming the young players for the faults. Can't wait for love to light it up to shut him up. What was Sherman's take on Russell Wilson when traded? Didn't appreciate him? He was giving what he asked for and payed massively. This show needs concussion protocol

  15. Man the Packers had to cut ties, forget those back to back MVP’s. What happened in 2020? Rodgers should’ve ran when he had the lane to get the 1st down in the red zone vs Tampa terrible execution by Rodgers & Matt LaFleur pack lost. 2021 the defense hold 49ers to 6 offense points only TD was the block punt return, Rodgers played terrible & out of sync missing throws etc. lost in the 2nd round in playoffs, this year packers didn’t even qualify for playoffs losing at Home to the damn lions😑 like seriously? Nah Packers did right cut losses rn to rebuild a new squad. This the NFL not NBA, who had the Eagles goin to superbowl before the regular season started? Packers need to just rebuild for the next 2-4 years ✌🏾💯

  16. Dude on the right a Lions Fan 🤦🏾‍♂️😂🤣🤣⚰️ Aw hell no!! The Franchise that wasted The Greatest Running Back of All Time Barry Sanders, and wasted Stafford & Megatron🤔 yea I’m not worried about the lions long term y’all will find a way to screw it up.

  17. NFL coaches and GM's flat out know when they watch a QB in training camp whether or not they have a star in the making. Andy Reid knew in one practice what he had with Mahomes. The Chargers, same thing with Justin Herbert.

The Packer staff and GM talk as i they have no idea what they have in Jordan Love.

  18. I agree that a lot of our fan base were disgusting pieces of trash the last couple of years towards Aaron, no appreciation what so ever and now they can choke on mediocrity having undervalued what they had.

  19. It would be funny if Love takes the pack to the Super Bowl and you guy can go back to smoking what that is🎉

  20. I’ve been saying for the longest I can’t stand how spoiled and lucky the packers fans have been these past what, 30 years??? They went from hall of famer qb Brett farve to a better hall of famer in Rodgers. The luck they had at qb is ridiculous. I’m glad they are going to be struggling and barley making the play offs now if they even make it to the play offs.

It’s time for the packers to feel how the lions and bears fans have been feeling these last 3 decades. I hope the packers aren’t super bowl contenders for the next 20+ years to come along with the patriots. It’s gonna be so 🤩.

  21. Sherman is saying the same thing bitter packers fans are saying but they say he’s hater and still mad 🤣🤣🤣

  22. Dick Sherman. decent player, crappy human. He looks for things to make his podcast interesting, but isn’t very good at it. Dick… you should retire from publicity.
I loved Farve and Rodgers. Now I’m excited for Love. Go Pack.
