      Good signing. How often do you see good defensive players very comfortable with both feet. You hardly even see which foot is his strongest. Such a player can play everywhere, even in midfield….💥

      All I'm saying is that Emerson was available for like £8m more. So I really hope that doesn't come back to haunt us because he is a solid player and would've improved us massively

      tomiyasu is a good CB n RB… very good work ethic..
      I think he can be a good link to the midfielder/winger but can't see him as a wing back
      hope he can adapt to PL

      We gotta wait to see him play before we can judge him. We had similar players who were loaned out with similar player profiles but we can’t really complain because we are not football scouts. 🤷‍♂️ Just another young prospect (22 years of age) need to really wait a couple seasons. Don’t hype or pressure him to be elite right off the pitch. We seem to really invest in these young players. I hope they all turn out to be great players for the futur.

      I don’t trust artetas coaching or recruiting he’s made so many mistakes…he may make this player worse under his “system” and inconsistent “man management” not excited he should have let ANM leave if he’s covering his place 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Would've preferred a traditional fullback that is going to give us as much going forward as going back. This would have given our right wing ( usually Pepe ) more space and possibly allow him to play more as a wide forward where he is at his best. For me Tomiyasu sounds more of a right sided CB rather than a fullback. Maybe we are going to be playing a back 3 then? I do like what I hear about him though and sounds like a good addition to the squad. A huge bonus is that he hopefully limits the playing time of both Holding and Chambers – both of which aren't good enough.

      If your guest loves 3/4 of our defence he probably doesnt know much about football. Just kidding….very very nice show and he showed an amazing breadth of knowledge. I’d love him to feature again. Tnx Tom!

      Great show Tom out of all the signings takehiro could be a excellent signing can play right back plus at the moment he could play centre back instead of holding callum mari defensively we keep on conceding and it deflates the forward line up

      Looks like he could be a good edition. Hopefully hits the ground running. Would have liked to have seen a comparison against a good RB as you would hope he would already be better, or at least as good, as the current batch that we have.

      Hope he plays well for our club, hope he proves that Asian football players are no joke and excels in discipline and hope he can fix our defence and improve the discipline of our back 4 🎉

      Wishing Arsenal would sign more Asian players as they seem underrated like when Heung Min Son came along most people never heard of him but look at him now 🙂

      Hwang Hee Chan 🇰🇷 Forward – RB Leipzig/Wolves

      Would be a great fall back for Aubameyang/Lacazette who are a bit shaky now with playing for Arsenal and the passion.

      Takashi Inui 🇯🇵 Midfield – Cerezo Osaka
      Takumi Minamino 🇯🇵 Forward – Liverpool
      Both can be fall backs for our midfielders As Plan B

      Neil Etheridge 🇵🇭 Goalkeeper – Birmingham City
      Passionate goalkeeper to back Ramsdale and Leno 🙂

      Hueng Min Son 🇰🇷 Forward/Midfield – Tottenham
      Might never happen but one can dream 😂😝🤩

      Arsenal's team and squad is fine. It's what they're being told to do that is the problem, RE: Brentford game. Pass it around and get it to Tierney to cross it in to……nobody again and again and again. Ramsdale, Tomi, Gabriel, White, Tierney, Partey, Sambi, Saka, ESR, Odegaard, Auba is a decent team, it's obvious from watching Arsenal that they're confused and inhibited by the manager's nonsense tactics.

      I love this signing from everything I’ve heard. If he’s a ball playing defender that has no week foot then surely he must be very press resistant, which is valuable for a team that likes playing out of the back.

      That and the fact that he has a very good physical aspect to him hopefully means he transfers to the premier league in a pretty quick fashion. It’s so nice to hear a perspective that isn’t as reactionary as AFTV.

      His good sign but we still need out and out right back. For me his technically another Ben White & who also can play the right back like Chambers and I know his bit better than Chambers but his not out and out of fullback. I hope 🤞 we sign actual right back in January.

      Great show Tom, really interesting and very informative about our new defender…. I like the sound of Tomi, he'll do well with Ben White I think.

      He has been a good player in Serie A and matched up well against top opposing players so far but sadly, Arsenal already have some top class players (amongst the lingering dross) who arrive then decline due, not the pace of the EPL, but the way their own experience and skill set is coached out of them/subdued by the limited 'ideas' or tactics of the inexperienced manager/head coach.
