Borussia Mönchengladbach Players Salaries 2023 Season

In this video, we’ll take a look at the estimated salaries of Borussia Mönchengladbach players for the 2023 season. Find out who the highest-paid players are and how they compare to their teammates.

Founded in 1900, Borussia Mönchengladbach derived its name from a Latinized version of Prussia – a popular name for German clubs in the Kingdom of Prussia. The team joined the Bundesliga in 1965 and experienced its golden era in the 1970s, under the guidance of Hennes Weisweiler and later Udo Lattek. A young and dynamic squad with an aggressive playing style won five Bundesliga titles, two UEFA Cups, and reached the final of the European Cup in 1977.

Daniel Farke became the head coach of Borussia Mönchengladbach on a three-year contract starting from 4th June 2022. He made a successful start, winning his debut match 9-1 against amateurs SV Oberachern in the DFB-Pokal first round, followed by a 3-1 victory at home against 1899 Hoffenheim in his first-ever Bundesliga match six days later.
