A bargain signing. Only 2 mill as nearly out of contract. 6 ft 1, decent in Arial battles, good pace, tackles well, brave and anticipates situations well. Klopp would not have signed him as a stop gap filler, as he already has Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips. I expect Ben Davies to be challenging for a place over the coming years. Its funny, if he had cost 20 million, people would be far more enthusiastic. Preston fans are saying he would have cost between 10 to 15 million at least if he was not in his last few months of contract. This is a typical piece of FSG business…could be a stroke of genius, but time will tell. Love your channel..

If any one can make Ben Davies a great defender then it's Jurgen Klopp. Liverpool have a history of making shrewd signings. It'd be great if he could eventually fit in next to Nat Phillips too.
