Piero Martín Hincapié Reyna (Spanish: Piero Martín Hincapié Reyna; born January 9, 2002) is an Ecuadorian footballer who plays as a center back for German club Bayer 04 and the Ecuador national team.

A native of Esmeraldas, Piero started playing football at the age of seven, playing for local teams Escuela Refineria, Emelec Esmeraldas and Barcelona Esmeraldas. At the age of 10, he became a player for the Norte America club from Guayaquil. A year later, he moved to the football academy of the Deportivo Azoges club, and in November 2016 he joined the youth team of Independiente del Valle. On August 10, 2019, he made his debut in the main team of Independiente del Valle in the Ecuadorian Serie A match against Mushuc Runa.

On August 20, 2020, he moved to the Argentine club Taleres. On February 13, 2021, he made his debut for Talleres in a match against Patronato.

On August 16, 2021, he moved to the German club Bayer 04, signing a five-year contract.
