Lampard went to the Emirates with this Lad because of his attitude at the training ground. Let me advice some of the young players like CHO and the rest that the coach will first and foremost notice and recognise a player at the training ground. How one works, frequent attendance of all the training sessions and the input in those sessions. A player like Messi even trains alone at home with his dog before going to the training with the rest while others instead are glued to laptops and PlayStations.
