Honourable Mention: Last year, Bielefeld’s Ritsu Doan scored the goal against Stuttgart that stabilised the win and kept Bielefeld in the Bundesliga. They were on a 3-way fight to avoid the drop and the Relegation Playoff completely. Because of winning the game, Arminia Bielefeld managed to avoid the drop, causing Werder Bremen to be relegated instead and Koln entering the playoffs.
