  1. In football I don't there is such a thing as trying to hard especially in a Jose team. If he doesn't look like he's giving his all 100% of the time he will never get a game, look at what Jose did to class players like Dele and Ndombele when they went out of form or didn't give their all. He doesn't need to calm down he just needs to focus all that energy and dedication into the game and think clearly Jose cares more about that than anything else, he needs to keep showing what he can do and being hungry while focusing on the game. Bare in mind he went from playing at swansea to playing and training with class players like Kane, Son, bale, Toby etc. who's reputation can be daunting to any young player. I think it's expected that he'd have jitters. With time and experience he'll keep this level of motivation but his nerves will calm down and he has the talent and drive to turn his potential into a reality and be one of the best defenders in the league in 2-4 years.
