Closing down without over committing; that’s Varane’s strength and something Victor Lindelöf lacks sooo much. Lindelöf jockeys excessively and fears going in. Varane on the other hand, is exceptional with closing down without excessive jockeying. The perfect partner for Harry no doubt.

Would be an unbelievable signing honestly think we could challenge for the league if we got Varane and then him and sancho perform! Really do agree with most United fans that if we got a strong holding midfield option it would have the same effect on us that fabinho had on Liverpool when he came! Also think Wan Bissaka is very underrated and I like him a lot but would be great to see him get some competition, it’d bring out the best in both players and would really improve our squad depth and let us rest our players more!
