  1. The development of depth and competition at every position is so important to future USMNT success. Scally is a great example of pushing to the top of the depth chart.

  2. So Jake, in your estimation why doesn't Greg pull him up? I really don't get it! Scallys abilities are easy to see even a blind man can see it. Yup, I'm actually legally blind and follow this beautiful game.Love to hear your reasoning why.

  3. I love your content, one of my favorites by far! But can I suggest turning down or stopping the background music. I couldn’t even watch the last video with 3 or 4 people talking with that music. I say this with a smile and I think your channel is awesome and look fwd to more!!

  4. So rumors are that Vines will be healthy enough to be called in. This might throw a monkey wrench into the equation. He should be our #3 FB (Dest#1/ARob#2) on both sides. Will it be Bello, Vines, Moore, and Yedlin called in again? This is especially true since there are only 2 games in this window.

  5. In light of Joe maintaining his level and the performances of Bello and Moore last window- think it'll be pretty difficult for GB not to call Scally in November. Guessing (hoping) we'll see those 2 left behind and Scally and Vines called if he continues with how his first game back went. Really good content you are putting out- smart, insightful stuff. Seems the level of coverage in USA is rising along with the quality being played.

  6. You need to make Greggggg bring Scally in for this window.

If he had brought him in last window, like he should have, Scally likely would have gotten some minutes and then would possibly even be included vs Mexico.

So crazy that he's this good and likely needed at the age of 18. He'll burnout by 28 rather than just be in the middle of his peak, but c'est la vie.

  7. Great breakdown; visual skills demo'd and statistics analyzed (GGG's language). If Scally is not in the next camp, it's out of shear arrogance by Gregg (which is not out of the question). Doubt USMNT is providing this level of breakdown for Gregg to look at, so I think you did them a favor. Keep it up!

  8. I think in modern soccer, the most important skill to measure for the defender is the ball control/passing accuracy. then quickness/ speed. cause possession is the key, and that start from defender.

  9. I have a challenge for you FIFA. Can you find us a backup 6 for Adams? I think this is our biggest danger. If Adams goes down, we are a completely different team (and not in a good way). Acosta is not the answer. My thought is we try out Musah and Busio but maybe there is someone out there not on our radar. FIND HIM!

  10. But Berhalter says he didn’t pass the verticality test. Problem is, he’s too tall for Arriola which makes him feel bad. Scally you’re too tall. No start.

  11. Curious to see what happens to Joe when Lainer and Jantschke get healthy for Gladbach. He fits our young profile for the USMNT. Better than/ higher ceiling than Cannon, Bello, Moore. In a years time when he's Reynolds age lets see how his progress is.

  12. The way he smothers his opponent and is relentless must be frustrating and and exhausting. First time seeing this kid and like looks promising.
