McGregor might be a better battler, is younger and fitter and can start the plays from deep. Mooy is a better passer of the ball than Callum McGregor, he can play short and sling a pass over 30 yards. He can score long-range bombs and his free kicks are going to be a delight for you all. His passing into the right channels are quick and incisive, just watch the like of Kyogo benefit from his clever release of the ball. He also doesn't mind a tough challenge or two or three 🙂

Mcgregor has been known to play a ridiculous amount of games per season. With guaranteed CL football this year, if this is a guy that can give him the odd rest then it’s a welcomed addition, if not a box office signing.
Get all trained up for the big challenge ahead in our pub league. Livingston Dundee Motherwell st mirren Ross county etc etc. we should beat them all with all our big signings worth millions. It’s a big challenge so we better sort out our defence. But we can buy our way out of trouble where others can’t. Sadly money win’s now. Not football.

he's more of a sideways passer than anything else… high work rate, but not particularly creative
Mooy will be great. He needs minutes before the wc so he will put a lot of pressure on last season’s starters. Bringing him in can only be positive.
