Eusebio is the best player ever
I really felt bad for Ballack back then. Every big Final he was part of was a defeat for his team.
But he was by far the best german footballer of his time. A working mashine. Just as good in winning the ball as in making goals. His Freekicks were brutal and his headers some of the best, especially after corners. He also was a pure Boss on the pitch, made for wearing the captains bow.
Too bad that in his best years german football went from awful just to the recovery stage in which he started to decline. But thanks to him and some few others even in harsh times german football made some remarkable accomplishments in reaching the WC final and Leverkusen the CL final in 2002. Both were lost but against far superior opponents which was no shame.
What about Marco Reus?

Badstuber was never out for 1000 days. He played in every single season except 13-14.
