Have to say that he wasn't that big of a deal anyway even before the injury. In modern football they hype it up and when it doesn't go their way they immediately call them the worst ever. Find a middle point people. This cycle is getting pretty ridiculous.
Shaka is expecting people whose job is to criticize & analyse to help Van Dijk, a total stranger while they are doing what they get paid for, criticizing others even if it's a poor job. Why is Shaka not helping Neymar? He criticises him all the time harshly.
That's such a bad list as of now. Araujo, Kim, and arguably Saliba all have to be there. Even Christensen has been spectacular this season. Rudiger? Dias? Horrible.

People think athletes just recover from ACL injury just like that. Many athletes even from different sports do not recover to what half of Van Dijk now. He clearly lost his gifted pace to the injury. I wish the critics don’t ever get ACL tear or any injury for that matter.
