  1. Terrific team play!

Did you see how well Marshall Rutty played for Toronto FC on defence vs San Jose this week? He was the man of the match.
If he plays that well going forward, the European teams will take notice & John Herdman will be forced to play him, in a position that we need new talented players. Canada's future is very bright!

  2. As a Latino living in Canada, I did not see the team improve at all. I do not get it. More than 2.000.000 immigrants in Canada came in the last 2 decades, and in the world, we, the Canadians, do not have a better team. For example, soccer academies are focused on speed, and conditions such as concentration and following orders, meanwhile they forget to teach soccer skills like passing the ball and being accurate when you pass it. Simple, soccer is a team sport. With all respect, I do not see this in Canadian soccer. Sorry, I just tell you what as a former player see. The last point, numbers statistics never show the reality of the game, for example, how many times a player denied pass the ball to a mate?. Why you do not put your body in position before you will receive the ball…sorry, I just love to see Canada better.

  3. POP QUIZ !!!!

Name both the NMT and its forward that the team never allows to take any penalty kicks despite the player being one of the top penalty takers in the game globally.
