  1. Us making the world cup was like asking the boss for a $2/hr raise and actually getting it. Then beating Tunisia was like the boss coming and going "na you know what, you've been really impressive lately, I'm going to make it $5/hr then beating Denmark was like "na sorry changed my mind again, $10/hr. Just kept getting better and better.

  2. Ithink some of us could see we are starting to build a good team ,it's been a transitional phase but we have a lot of good younger players coming through, these last two wins will help build belief. I'm just so pleased and proud of the boys.

  3. I stood in Melbourne’s federation square at 2am to watch this morning

Unbelievable… so proud of you boys

Bring on Argentina & old man Messi

  4. The Aussies were playing to win clear and simpme. We balso believed our boys would get the win regardless of what the rest of the world thought

  5. I gotta be honest, I didn't think Australia would score a single goal in this World Cup……! 😆🦘🦘🦘

  6. In Short the Australian soccer game was considered ugly to the European Prima Donna play but the physical game we play has come into our time.
The Pretty boys might have the Salaries but not the LEGS DETERMINATION or team spirit they ultimately in European football have become soft.

  7. Don't act too surprised that Australia beat Denmark….at the 2018 world cup we were in the same group and 1-1 was the result that day.

  8. Argentina will be pleased to have drawn the Socceros. Denmark is a shadow of the team we saw at the Euro, in the Nations League and the recent friendlies. For some unknown reason, the second the Danes went into the World Cup, they decided to stop playing… Argentina is on a high, Australia are through good on them but they won't have the resources against a side that battled in the group stage, it is going to be a thrashing. To me the "minor" Football Nations that are going to be a real pain to play against in the Round of 16 are Japan, South Korea, Morocco and especially Switzerland. Considering how annoying Ronaldo has been, I am banking on the Swiss to take Portugal out. The Swiss are notoriously painful to play against, they are a solid team with a never say die attitude.

  9. Has old mate from Peru given it a thought that maybe Australia is actually currently a better team than Peru? We did beat them to qualify.
Peruvians seem to have quite a high opinion of it's football when it's really not done anything at all since they made the quarters in 1978.
