MLS players stood up for what they believe in, too, boycotting five of six games on Wednesday night. Soccer IS a small sliver of life for pedestrian fans. For dedicated supporters….the ones that help pay your salaries…its more than a sliver. Its a way of life. And most importantly…its ENTERTAINMENT!!

BLM as a political movement is a self declared communist political movement dedicated to the destruction of the established political system. Its founders declare that social violence is the only way to effect change. More black people, police and civilian, have died as a direct result of the actions of BLM since this started than were killed by all police over the past 5 years….of all colour.

I liked Ryan's explanation of what the office staff have been going through, and how players are used to jeers but it was new stress for the office. As more people understand the pain, hopefully more people will work for change.

Time for owners to start ripping up contracts. They gave an inch now players taking a mile. Covid is killing these businesses. And this is how the players treat them. MLS can only make statements. They can't fix all of humanity. If the owners don't push back might as well declare bankrupcy now or sell the league to foreigners. Talk about pouring gas on a fire.
