Don't like bringing back a NT coach for a second cycle. See Bruce in 2006 and Klinsmann in 2018. These are two managers that Herc rates. That said, the circus comment that Herc made is nonsense. Berhalter and Gio are professional. Everyone should expect them to handle any issue as a professional.

Berhalter should NOT come back. Herc is right. The time is now to move forward with an elite manager. US Soccer should spend the necessary money to pay one of them to come and let’s move on.
The idea of bringing Berhalter back is absurd. It’s not like he’s a great coach, and why put the team in the position to have to deal with the residual drama he would bring.

I love my country and wish for a proud team but I do not see a high football IQ. Pulisic is a great dibbler, but does not show a great football IQ (average at best). We should stick to our strengths, physicality, speed, power, stamina, and use that few ball skill talent around that.
Let’s bring in a real coach. We scraped by in qualifiers and again in the group stage of the World Cup. Beth alter out!

I think he was more being political and offering Greg support than truly wanting him back.
Herc is 1,000% correct. Mauricio just wants Berhalter to stick around as an incompetent manager because he's a Mexico fan.
Klinsmann ruffled a lot of feathers but ultimately he made the most of his player pool. Berhalter has not made his player pool better he has excluded players for baffling reasons and was shown how inept he was at the World Cup.
I agree with Herc on this. Berhalter should only coach high school teams.
After everything thats happened with Berhalter, its very disappointing to hear Pulisic still backing him. Berhalter messed up big time and it would be an absolute mistake to bring him back especially after him losing the teams trust. Hes had his chances and its time to move on. The team deserves a better coach and a coach they can trust.
Herc is garbage. Pulisic was not "Clearly" backing berhalter. He's trying to avoid major changes or a rebuild type mentality. He's talking about the progress of the team not getting destroyed, not how much he wants gregg back

one thing i dont understand is christian is saying gregg deserves respect but literally no the players are the reason why USA has grown not him. Gregg mixed MLS players with European talent and that doesn't mix i hate that.
