Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes discuss reports surrounding Lamar Jackson being ‘ready to move on’ from the Baltimore Ravens. The group then discuss Patrick Mahomes liking tweets suggesting OBJ and DeAndre Hopkins joining the Kansas City Chiefs, and debate whether the Chiefs need to add a top-flight WR next year.

  1. Lamar can’t throw the football like an elite QB , playoff record is weak and you are limited running an offense designed for him.

  2. Bro why you put now false room Kind of offer him somewhere between 200 million you suppose to know bro no else no a** That's why we said you're alive you're alive now sir what's coming out your mouth supposed to be the truth none but the truth so help me but it not like that now.

  3. Lamar deserves top money…but comparing any kind of figure to what the BROWNS do is absurd…Only Burrow can command that money and he might never go to another SB, who knows. However, less than 180 guaranteed is an insult, just a team taking advantage of its players

  4. I mean if I’m the patriots I’m using this years draft picks on a player like JSN or branch and using my next years draft pick on Lamar. After the draft the ravens have no choice but to take next years picks.

I’m assuming the money and the picks aren’t the problem it’s the timing. Alotta good players in the first round of this draft. And some QB’s.

  5. I like how liking a tweet creates a talking point lol. As if there is any QB in the league that wouldn't want Hopkins

  6. Everyone loves to say it's a business, but when a player makes a "business decision" they get raked over coals. Lamar handled this exactly how he should have, earning less than daniel Jones and he's suppose to be a happy camper?

  7. Bottom line: Lamar made a huge mistake by not having an agent. He will get paid, but it wont be the deal HE wants. Brou is right: its a business and you better know the rules of the game as a bare minimum.

  8. Don’t be fooled…the ONLY reason why Nick is so passionately behind this narrative that Lamar isn’t gonna play for the Ravens anymore is bc it’s one less team HIS Chiefs has to worry about. Brussard is 100% correct. They made him a great offer & HE DECLINED it. The other teams know this & agree with the Ravens offer which is why he’s still without a deal as you read this. He has no leverage.

  9. No receivers want to go to Ravens while LJ is there. They will be blocking for 90 percent of plays is why!! No team with really good receivers will want LJ. U have a totally different offense with him.

  10. Nick is gonna pander till the cows come home. Dude just needs to admit he was wrong on Lamar. No team wants to sign Lamar for the dollar he wants and rightfully so, and now he made it way worse for himself.

  11. More likely the Ravens are moving on from Lamar. They are never going to win with this guy. An MVP quarterback who can’t play the quarterback position. Went from MVP to LVP.

  12. If the Patriots manage to get Lamar I would legit cry. The only possible silver lining of them getting Lamar would be maybe they wouldn’t know how to effectively use him. But as a Dolphins fan the last thing we need is the Jets getting Aaron Rodgers & the Pats getting Lamar. If that happens the AFC East would be the best division in the NFL ever. You would possibly have 4 top 10 teams all in one division. Of course this would happen right as the dolphins are gearing up to make a run for a title.

  13. Literally all Lamar has to do is just not sign the tender, sit a year, then play for whoever he wants. Lamar has all the leverage. Not Baltimore

  14. haha, wtf is Nick talking about. The Ravens DID try to sign Lamar after 3 years. As soon as he won his first Playoff game, one year removed from an MVP, they started the process of signing him long term. It isn't their fault Lamar has said NO to literally EVERY. SINGLE. DEAL. He's being used by the NFLPA for other, broader purposes. That ain't the Ravens' fault.

  15. After Lamar posted about his Everything Gym with "Inventor and CEO" business partner, Ken Francis, the Ravens should let him go. What a ridiculous product. Unless it's a joke and Lamar is trolling everyone, in which case, it's genius. Then we should keep him.

  16. Sick burn in the title having “Lamar ready to move on from the Ravens” be followed right by the Chiefs needing a top wide receiver. People have been slamming him for injuries and the clown show of this two year long negotiation, seems it’s been a while since the “he’s a wide receiver” has been thrown around.

  17. Don't need d hop and certainly dont need obj…Mahomes could make a high schooler look like an All-Pro and there will be better alternatives than d hop and obj…Remember last year when the world was falling apart cause Tyreek was gone…
