I feel for international tournaments you don’t really have the timing and luxury to teach players an progressive system and so keepers that are really effective with their feet are as important as at club level and keepers that are good at saving penalties are probably better at international level.
I can't stand the sight of Pickford throwing tamper tantrums whenever the ball goes in his general direction. If you hate your job that much, maybe you should have been a striker instead, or just retire altogether.
Nonsense. Pickford has been playing for a mid table/relegation club for most of his career. That's the perfect level of experience for a national team like England.

He's clearly the most talented English keeper. He's a modern goalie, fantastic passing range and great in 1v1 situations.
