The thing with de gea that the metrics can’t really show you and this would apply every keeper is Dave’s that keep you win from being a draw and draws from becoming losses. This season De gea has saved 3 points for United on multiple occasions that’s why I think he’s the best shot stopper in the world

De gea been great for us this season. No need for replacements
I like Costa but I do have to point out a few caveats to the video you made.
1. I think he's overpriced at £75M when you have a keeper like David Raya performing at similar levels in the Prem for just £15M.
2. Costa's cross stopping stats may be skewed by the fact that he's in a more technically focused league where they don't cross the ball as much whereas he'll face a lot more in the Prem. His cross claiming didn't really fill me with confidence in the World Cup either whereas David Raya is in the 92nd percentile in a league where crossing is many teams bread and butter.
I genuinely think some people actually don’t watch football and make comments or content off stats alone. I’ve watched every United game this year and DeGea has pulled off world class saves nearly every game. We’ve 11 clean sheets which is second only to Newcastle on 12 and we’re playing some unreal football but I guess he has nothing to do with that? Also did you not see Costa in World Cup? Had multiple dodgy moments
Please do a scout report on the back up options goalkeeper with a good sweeping metric with a view of being a long term option

this is ridiculous….stats dont tell everything….playing for united is tough….this is the same way casemiro got underrated cos a played alongside kroos and modric. man is talking about and overrated ederson who concedes every 2 shots on target he faces. the beauty of football is the disparity how the top teams play with the tools the have…..real madrid a not flambouyant but are the most dangerous in transition with a not so good ball playing GK.

We talking about spending 60 million and above for a keeper when our defence concede chances like we are Crystal Palace. We don’t even gags a main striker and we are making reviews how we need to change our keeper that’s literally top 3 in the premier league. We need to sign a shot stopper irrespective of De Gea's departure or stay. We need to start afreash with new ownership.

No we do not replace de gea. That is just foolish and not gonna happen. De Gea has already improved and grown under Ten Hag and is comming of the line much more and He Will be learning to play out from the back He just need more confidence. No doubt this will improve with one more season under Ten Hag.
Maybe we should look at loaning Andrey Lunin, his not happy wit his amount of gametime so loan him 4 a year wit 40m option to buy

The only thing I see you guys talking about is stats, specially the admin but then on the field we see something completely different. Btw pull ederson's and Alison's stats they must be really good will that mean they're worst than De Gea? sometimes stats don't tell the full story.
How much is Costa gonna cost? He's he gonna be a massive improvement? Can he deal with the pressure of being united's number 1. We've seen him at the world cup and he wasn't impressive and we all know how British media is like specially when it comes big moves foreign players.
