  1. dude think he is luka modric the way he’s so entitled and being a criminal blackmailing somebody. in 40 years nobody will remember reyna you’re a nobody

  2. Even taking his parents out of the equation, Gio is pretty toxic. Zlatan was left off Sweden, and Gio is no where near that level.

  3. If Gio Reyna was Caucasian and named Mark Smith then this story would be totally different. Everyone would be begging for Berhalter to be fired.

  4. Berhalter should be rehired because he got this team to overperform. Most of these players are in relegation battles or subs, that's just the reality of their level. Gio is all potential right now

  5. It hilarious the way they use Spanish pronunciations to show they speak Spanish but don’t use the “proper” pronunciation for other names like FB. 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡. Yes. We know you speak Spanish but you are speaking English.

  6. Gio is mid tier rn. Not one of our best players. Players like Ream, Robinson, Adams, Musah, or our goalkeepers are all better, imo
Forward, we lack, but Gios playstyle and lack of discipline leaves vulnerability, and unless we chasing. Aren't really worth.

  7. Berhalter doesn't have the job, his contract ended and can't be fired but the Reyna's have successfully killed his career as far as coaching any national team. Gio should be able to play but they should ban his parents from having contact with anyone in the US soccer federation. If they continue to harass coaches, players, or complain to their 'friends' then they get a lifetime ban from being able to contact and/or participate in any US Men's team events.

  8. From a somewhat casual follower of the USMNT, this is what I understand. He's not on the field because his family is complaining. His family is complaining because he's not on the field. Anybody can see he's one of the best players on the team possibly the best and this organization can't figure out how to cut through the BS and get Gio on the field. SMH

  9. Gio Reyna was behaving like an entitled spoilt child up until he was asked to apologize for it during the WC. 4+ years of that behavior from a 20 yo? His selection definitely deserves to be examined, regardless of his talent.

  10. Gio Reyna is overrated atm, with all the drama that comes with him..aka his parents, he needs to mature and grow up, times will get hard but the way he handled this is a major turn-off. he has the potential to be very good but atm, I don't think so.

  11. Herculez Gomez should be fired for his defamation of Gregg Berhalter. ZERO acknowledgement that Berhalter was not the aggressor in a public fight that he didn't start. Instead, Herc constantly juxtaposes BERHALTER and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. That is astounding defamation. Let's not forget that Herc also condemned Berhalter despite the initial report indicating that Berhalter didn't start the physical fight. Herc apparently doesn't believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty which is one of two bedrocks of Western Civilization.

  12. That locker room has already said they are putting it all behind them. Get over this already. Let the boy play and do his thing. He was also big enough to say he was sorry.

  13. Question… now that the roster is out… if Berhalter was somehow still manager even with all this – does he call up Reyna? Or does he go: "We're definitely monitoring him and for now thought it better to let him build more fitness with his club." or some other deflectionistic nonsense?
