    After being selected 3rd overall in the 2008 NFL Draft, Matt Ryan transformed the Falcons and has proven to be one of the most impactful players to represent Atlanta. An inspiration both on and off the field, we are beyond grateful for 14 seasons. Thank you, Matt Ryan.

      Very nice, all of it true. What a tremendous professional quarterback he was for the Falcons. Moreover, what a great ambassador for the city of Atlanta.

      I'm a Colt's fan, and I've got to say that you guys handled this entire transaction, and post transaction with incredible grace, honor, and respect. I am extremely impressed.

      I'll be hoping that the future of the Atlanta Falcons is a very good one as the fans, and organization surely deserve nothing less.

      I remember when the Falcons drafted him because I saw a lot of his games @BC I told people they hit the jackpot. He didn’t disappoint and he carried that team through so many offensive coordinators and never complained once. I’m happy he landed in Indy which I think is a better situation for him. The Falcons had to change not because of Matt but because Fontenot realizes this organization needs a reboot to be well run throughout.

I have always said, since 2009 It was pre-Ordained By Atlanta, and God! that Matt Ryan would take the Falcons to a SuperBowl, and Win! Sadly I cannot say that anymore! But the Team, I have known since I was 10, WILL WIN A Superbowl in my Life time, I know that! Tomorrow I will be 66 and was Born in Atlanta! 4-8-56.

      If nothing else the Colts have a solid mature presence at QB now. Yes he's older but he's wiser also. Who knows what might happen. Its awesome seeing Atlanta fans doing this for #2. Maybe my Colts aren't as bad off as I feared.

      Man, I wanted the Saints to get Matt Ryan over the Colts. I agree with one of the NFL Network analysts who said if the Saints could acquire Ryan, they win another Super Bowl within two years. The Saints GM Office is slipping. This was possible.

      Come back to this video every once in a while. Not sure who the editor of the video was, but A+ job. This season won't be the same without Matty Ice, but what he did for the Falcons and the city of Atlanta as a whole will not be forgotten. Best of luck in the future, he deserves a Ring and the HoF no doubt!

      I don't know how I missed this, but I thank you so very much for making this tribute to Matt Ryan. I actually had tears rolling down my cheeks at the end. I was heartsick when he left the Falcons, and I followed all of his games with the Colts. I miss watching him play. This past season with the Colts is not even close to being all his fault, though he shouldered such hate and a heavy burden. I'm still hoping he can find another team that he can breathe life into and a team to breathe back life into him. Thank you, Matt! You are a consummate leader, a professional, and a wonderful human being! ❤ 🏈🏈 ❤
