Betting scandal aside Ivan Toney should be in the England team. Kane spends too much time playing midfield so Toney as the no9, Kane no10, Rashford on the left and Saka on the right. That front 4 would be outrageous with Belligham and Rice behind playing box to box. England should be going full throttle attack against everyone at Euros except France who are the only country with a equally good front line
