I really hope we can get Watkins because he looks really good and we are in need of more striker depth as ajeti might leave and antonio upfront every week is unreliable he just doesnt have the best finish so if we can get him and chuck him up with Bowen, haller, Fornals and possibly even Eze i would be wet everywhere

Diedhiou gets a lot of unfair criticism from our fans, and it's common to see opposition fans say he played well when City fans said he played badly.
However, if his sale meant Afobe on a permanent, I'd take that £4m.
After Covid, all transfer fees will be reduced somewhat, so to still get 80% of what he cost, with him in his last year, it's a reasonable price for both sides.

As Bristol city fan I always think we are not using our winger quality to their limit. Johnson always like his 352 343 system and turning back to 433 442 in need. This not only result our quality wingers are not getting enough game time when they not only sharing it with attacking midfielders and also wing backs. Diedhiou is always doing good when our wingers are there to deliver but seems out of place when he doing the holding targetman role. Hes not the Giroud type of no.9 to be honest I always think he’s more a poacher just being bigger body. I don’t think Johnson is going anywhere soon so Famara needs to go if he want to carry on to be a real force in bigger stage.
