  2. How about Brad Pitt in fight club? Similar stats. 5'11" 155 lbs at 5% body fat. Yet people aren't batting an eye if Brad was natural or not for the movie. Sure Brad floats around 10-12% naturally when not preparing for a role, but to cut his bodyfat in half for a role is impressive.

  3. Doing these Natty or not videos really serves no purpose if you're friends with everyone you talk about. It hurts your credibility as a creator. William is clearly on some kind of steroids. He's extremely lean but packs a big frame at the same time. He's stronger than 99% of people in his weight class. Not to mention how his striations are popping all over his body even when he's not even working out. Fake. Fucking. Natty. Next!

  4. His bench is super sus for always being in calorie deficit. I took lots of creatine when I was his age and didn't lose any hair until I was 36

  5. Cut binge eating, exchange ur usual snacks for nuts/fruits and eat them 2-3 hours after ur breakfast or lunch. Make sure u eat all ur meals (no skipping), maintain a 6-8 hour sleep routine, drink at least 2 litres of water and spend at least 30 minutes a day walking or on the treadmill. Note that u could eat ANYTHING u want just manage ur portions n always strive to be healthier. Follow this for 3 months n you will lose approximately 8-20kgs depending on ur body type. Healthy weight loss and I've achieved 20+ within 3 months. Although…. I recommend doing light weights to not leave ur skin loose n hanging if you are at a higher body fat percentage than average

  6. I'm sorry only thing I don't like is the misinformation. Not saying Will does it out of malice. But even in the clips shown of saying "hey this is how you work your chest" then doing an exercise that is pretty much just the anterior deltoid, then saying this is how you work your front delt, then working the medial delts with lateral raises. Not to mention the standing dumbbell 90 degree elbow bend wrist rotations. That's not doing shit for your forearm muscles. I feel like he's a guy who's really good at his weight loss and dieting tips, but just needs a bit more work on what exercises work what.
