      This is the exact reason why Mount wants to leave Chelsea.

      Boyhood club or not MM has matured enough that the amount of money involved is not as important to him as being treated with the respect he deserves.

      Like many who have gone before him, he's come to the conclusion that he's unlikely to get that at Stamford Bridge whether or not he ends up moving to Liverpool, Manchester United or Newcastle United remains to be seen but one thing that looks most likely is that he won't be playing in the blue of Chelsea for much longer.

      Of course, Chelsea fans will no doubt call him all the names under the sun but all this will do is simply to confirm what most fans around the UK and the rest of the world already know about Chelsea and many of their followers is that they have a culture of bullying and have had for decades.

      At the end of the day, respect is the ultimate currency.
