      as a korean, i think last season is very lucky for him, son is common player. as a winger, bad dribble and on the ball. but he have great speed and finishing. he need harry kane’s good quality of pass. but this season kane do not passing he want goal. that’s the son’s reason of sluggish in this season

      The main reason is tactics.
      Look at his average position.
      He is playing like a midfielder.
      Under the current tactics, Son will be isolated.
      There is no pass link with Perisic. And Kane fails to keep the ball in the middle. In addition, Kulu is also bad… there is no way to give quality passes to him.
      Plz think what his strength is
      Every thing is on Conte. 2 wingers, Son and Kulu are not working with this tactics

      8:55 look at the picture from 21/22, he got much more orange circles/stars (medium difficulty chances) in the box and in 22/23 he has almost zero of it. it could be that son thrives on those half chances and that's how he overperformed his xG and reached top form but in 22/23 he never gets those kind of chances, only scraps
