  1. This talk that arsenal should go for the league only and bottle the UEL is utter stupidity, they should try to win them both, united have a smaller squad than arsenal but are going for everything, you could say they have had an easier run in for cup games, but they are trying to go for everything that's what big teams do. ARSENAL aren't Spurs, this is not the last time we shall be in this position. Next season, we shall still be in the title race. We should push for the UEL too. It's actually easier to win than the league, it will build momentum for the players.

  2. I think people should listen to what Guardiola has said about his relationship with Arteta.
He has said on numerous occasions, Arteta inspired him as much he inspired Arteta.
In one interview Guardiola even says, when they had their coaches meetings, most times they would all agree with what Arteta said. So I don't know why the media keep talking about Arteta was "mentored" by Guardiola nonsense.

I'd say, that like Guardiola, Arteta's football philosophy was influenced by Arsenè Wenger. The Arsenal of this season (2022/23) is like watching, the best Wenger teams.

  3. The guys are too young to realise how far ahead Arsenal are already, the problem with most pundits is playing football gives them a poor perspective, some older pundits but not many realise the difference, I’ll take anyone’s money at 2-1 Arsenal win the title, pity no pundits want to put the money we’re there mouth is. I,ll even go as far to say somewhere between 4 and 8 points clear at the end of the season.

  4. Trossard is so underrated – he's so good on the ball. Jesus can play left or central, Trossard can play left or central or on the right. Martinelli can play on the left or centrally. Saka really is most effective on the right though could play elsewhere. Nketiah

The man city blueprint in recent years was having enough high quality players that can rotate in and out of various positions, so when one guy is having a bad patch, someone can take over – it's kept them relentless. This is the model Arsenal need to follow, seasons are long and injuries are frequent especially if you attempt to really compete in UCL, EPL, FA and League cups.

Can't wait to have Jesus back, but I am also more relieved that we have a better backup to him in our normal strategy than Nketiah, who I think has done an amazing job of leading the line for us in absence but the system doesn't quite work the same when he's the target man. Options is key.
