There’s literally changing rules in basketball and football to protect these players from injury but meanwhile there’s little to nothing protecting our fighters / people keeping on protocol Shawn porter is 💯 percent correct
David morell is a rabbit punching cheater .
His rabbit punch opened up the power shot that made aidos fall back and land on the back of his head by the way is where the brain injury occured.
I believe morrell should have his license revoked for life for professional misconduct and the same goes to Tony weeks who allowed morrell to use dirty tactics without penalty.
Regardless of difference of opinions we all need to pray Aidos Yerbossynully comes back better than ever so he can see his beautiful home in the mountains of Kazakhstan riding horses, training falcons, and throwing stones.

I watched that whole fight with my wife. WE BOTH SCREAMED AT THE TV TELLING THE REFF TO STOP THE FIGHT IN THE FIST KNOCK DOWN IN ROUND 12. YOU COULD CLEARLY SEE IN HIS TOTAL BODY THAT HE WAS EXHAUSTED SPENT HAD NOTHING LEFT. BUT TO LET HIM CONTINUE WAS HEARTBREAKING SICKENING TO MY WIFE AND I. WE ARE PRAYING FOR HIM AIDOS AND HIS FAMILY LORDY 😢❤. THIS WAS HARD TO WATCH AND UNNECESSARY.
First off his corner should've stopped that fight after 6 he was getting destroyed. I watched this entire fight and was utterly amazed at how this situation was handled. It's not Tony Week's fault tho, the corner and the doctor had the authority to stop the fight as well

I was disappointed in Tony Weeks myself because I was watching that guy blink just like Gerald McClellan and he kept blanking and I told my girl they need to stop it. But they didn't stop it until he got dropped. Sad he took extra punches he didn't need to

It reminds me of Floyd vs Connor , you let a fight go on too long with those punches to the head you are gonna get hurt badly maybe even die . Its better to stop a fight especially if its like a masterclass beating , there needs to be a new rule if you don’t throw and avoid punches for 2 rounds straight you are gonna get a standing 8 count, then you get another one and finally you’re toast the 3rd time

I agree with SP. The crazy part is while I was watching the fight I literally said I hope Aidos is okay every time he got hit I started to cringe he took way to much punishment. Anytime a fighter start to get hit at will with big shots making the fight uncompetitive the ref should stop it and his team is trash you should know when it’s over man needed saving from himself
Come on Shawn who gives a F about American or Cuban fighter or any other Country for that matter. That sounds ignorant. You have piece of S American fighters who do nothing for their people like Floyd. So doesn't make a difference whether your American or from another country, support people with good morals. I don't give a F what country the fighters from, that's straight up ignorance. You're better than that Shawn, do better.
