Andrew Stuart Ball, 39, of Augustan Avenue, Shillingstone, appeared at Winchester Crown Court charged with 11 sexual offences against a child between July 2020 and February 2025.
Prosecutor Nicholas Cotter told the court Ball repeatedly raped the girl over a period of nearly five years, penetrated her with sex toys and secretly recorded her in the bath.

Ball faces 11 charges: two counts of raping a girl under 13, three of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in penetrative sexual activity, two of making a child view sexual images, two of sexual assault by touching, one of voyeurism and one of engaging in sexual activity in front of a child under 13.
Ball has denied all charges.
In two police interviews shown to the jury, the victim said the alleged offences with Ball began when she was six years old.
“I kind of just did it and I know that danger but I didn’t know what to do,” she told the officer on March 13, 2025.
“He just started saying, kind of pressuring me saying, ‘I will only do it for a little bit.’”
She added that Ball would only do it when her “siblings were asleep” and that it happened on more than one occasion.
The girl also said Ball sexually assaulted her with sex toys and made her perform sex acts on him using a prosthetic penis.
The girl told police she found Ball’s phone recording her in the bath. She deleted the video before restarting the recording because she was “scared”.
Mr Cotter told the jury Ball had accepted he had the videos of the victim in the bath on his phone but “explained that they were intended to show and check that she was washing properly”.
The girl told an investigating officer she felt “really guilty” after the alleged abuse, which stopped her telling her mother at first.
She said Ball later got into a car alone with her, apologised and promised: “no more of it, I promise”.
