I don't believe Potter had any say in the clubs recent signings. He will now take the fall for the Ego signings that Boehly made.
International Chelsea fan, we cannot score, we are not proactive as well said, and have not improved a bit, on the contrary we are doing worse. It is clear that he is not Chelsea level
He is too expensive to sack. The owners spent 25m to get him from Brighton and will need to spend another 60M to terminate his contract. Not to mention the cost of obtaining a new world class manager that can fix this mess.
It will cause massive problems with FFP.
Same will happen with players that flop. If big buys like Enzo and Mudryk flop, it will be incredibly hard to sell them due to amortizing their cost to club over so many years. Chelsea will be paying for players yearly, that will no longer be playing for the club along with playing for replacement players.
Sorry to say but the downward spiral for Chelsea has begun.

I’m hoping the players turn all this BS into a bunker mentality and show the world Chelsea will be back. Frankly don’t care who is standing on the touch line at this point. Potter, or a cardboard cut out of him, don’t matter. If they do their jobs as professionals, play sound football, their qualities will naturally come back. These men have been playing this game their whole lives. Fundamentals and positional responsibility have been taught to them at every level. Return to that and the talent will irresistibly rise to the top. Let’s go Chelsea!
Don't blame Potter for taking the job. Massive payrise bigger profile club and big pay signing on fee. The blame lies solely with the owners and those that wanted him without having a plan and strategy and a recruitment policy like at Brighton. The only thing Chelsea are good at is buying players for 5 times their value.
Unfortunately Chelsea fan's your club is no more! You literally have changed everything from top to bottom. Hardly any Chelsea legends work there anymore. Most of your squad are complete strangers!
