That eight-game unbeaten run came after an impressive set of results away at London opposition in the final season of the non-league era.
Wrexham won at Woking (3-2), Dorking (5-0), Dagenham and Redbridge (4-0) and Bromley (2-1).
The draws came at Boreham Wood, Wealdstone, Maidenhead and Barnet.
As for tomorrow’s game, it will be a new ground to tick off for Wrexham supporters, who definitely enjoyed their last trip to face The Hammers.
