Everybody knows these types of games are potential banana skins…credit to hearts for the way they approached it…keeping possession and not allowing the accies any leeway in the game…Robert snodgrass typified this with a superb professional display of how to keep possession and playing the easy ball….the 2nd half was a bit of a different affair…we became a bit careless with the ball but snoddy calmed it down and we got back to basics and cammy killed the game with the 2nd…thought alex cochrane was a standout aswell. ..gets himself into prominent positions regularly and rarely wasted a pass…it's up to us now to take it to another level when the old firm and bigger teams come calling…the art of keeping the ball is the only way you will give yourself a chance of beating these teams…

Hearts could have had a lot more first half, tricky pitch abd conditions, second half accies came alive a bit, but as usual Devlin determined as ever to pounce on the ball.
Oda is decent, just needs to look up a bit more and pass to the players that have a better chance at goal, but he will find his feet over time. Hill looks good, Cochrane gd as usual, Snoddy, McKay decent but could have cost us there with that slip up, Humphrys is the new Boyce, would love to keep him, can't wait for Boyce and Beni to return, that would give a solid finish to the season, if we can't hold on to Humphrys, as he will have turned heads, I hope we can get Paterson bk up.
Overall Hearts are looking Strong when they find their stride like the first half, got to put those chances away though against teams like Celtic and Rangers, but I'm sure 3rd place is looking ever so close, Livi are doing well, Hibs I think will be on the rebuild for next season, but are doing ok.
Would be nice for Scotland to keep up a decent coefficient and get decent European places.
Is Hearts still in for Lee Seung Woo? He looked promising.
Let's hope it's a gd finish to the season and no more serious injuries, Zander Clark has done well, considering Gordon was going to be player of the season for the SPL, but no doubt Shankland has that wrapped up, even if he doesn't score any more, but I think 32, assuming he stays fit and no more reds.
Would love to see Hearts do better in Europe next season and KEEP the players that get us there. Guys like Simms, Souter, Boyce, Beni etc, were a big miss, so next season, if we can hold on to Humphrys and everyone is fit yeah much better, and no doubt a few will come in for Shankland. £15+ million at LEAST for a guy who has banged in 21 goals so far, in just over half a season! So yeah show us the money or he is going nowhere!😂
