Pep can't say either way he is no where near the commercial elements of Man City, he simply asks can I have him and they say yes then they pay what is required and figure out how to cover it 'legally' later. I just wish I had a fast forward button because we've waited a decade for this.

City are the best run football club in the world. The stadium, recruitment of Players, the facilities etc. All top notch. I doubt the people that run operations would mess the financial side so badly.
