  1. Remember CCV is on 24K per week bet only one or two celtic players be on wages of 30K per week, that’s why if you play great at Celtic you can move on and collect great wages somewhere else … rangers must b gutted still 9 points behind…. still looking down 🍀🍀🍀🍀

  2. How can you enjoy supporting a team that has only one opposition. Football for me is the buzz taking points from your nearest rivals a end to end game the whole 90 mins not the game being over in first 20 mins.

  3. When Rangers won 9 in a row Celtic were only runners up twice. I can't remember anyone saying at the time that the reason Rangers won titles and Celtic didn't was because of money.
Now all we hear is Celtic's success is down to money. Bullshit. Celtic learned the lesson we now have sound financial management, we have a manager who knows his business and has put together a squad of players that the envy of Scotland. And our net spend is minimal. Why can't Rangers and other clubs do the same. They will try in time. Hearts & Motherwell now see the advantages of the Japanese market. Celtic have always even the leaders others follow. Always the 1st.

  4. There are many European leagues that are dominated by a handful of clubs, but the gulf between Celtic, Rangers and the rest of the SPL is vast. Celtic and Rangers will probably remain the biggest clubs in Scotland but they need to face realistic competition like they did back in the 1980s. From a neutral's perspective the Scottish Championship is more exciting because it's more competitive.

  5. Sorry, but this is not true. It isn’t too easy.

Yes, we win more often than not, but that doesn’t mean that it’s easy.

Two years ago we lost the league by 25 points, dropped points on SIXTEEN different occasions, while Rangers had dropped them on 10 less occasions, and going invincible. We signed the wrong players. Numerous were desperate to leave.

Ange has simply played his cards perfectly. Got the right players for his system, with the right attitude, and had abandoned the biscuit mentality that we had.

  6. I think Scottish football is utterly tedious. 38 years since someone else won the title.

We've rigged our whole league setup to ensure four derby games a season for the TV companies. Chased money to the detriment of competition.

Playing the same teams four times a season, every season is incredibly dull. Wish the pair of them could find another league setup to play in but the English leagues won't touch them because of all the bigotry and baggage.

  7. Celtic are a massive club. The answer is probably yes, Scottish football generally doesnt have the ability to keep up with them. I follow a league 1 team, and don't have any issues with Celtic, I think they are a huge institution. I would like to see a return of the great sides of Aberdeen and Dundee United or Hibs and Hearts to offer up opposition the Auld firm

  8. Apparently not – as I’ve been hearing from some deluded Huns that Rangers are apparently MILES better than Celtic now.

😂 Dunno when this happened but it happened. It seems.

  9. Winning the league is not too easy…the opposition + the refs. Rangers cheated and got liquidated. The new Ibrox team have the backing of their pals in black. Check a little into the history of Celtic and why the club was formed. We've never had it easy in Scotland…and still don't. Love your channel mate and your enthusiasm for the game.

  10. Always watch your videos really are one of the best but stop saying it's boring and too easy because celtics standards needs to be at that level to beat the hun cunts

  11. There needs to be some work done to what’s allowed and what’s not so other teams can attract more investors etc so some of the other teams can produce some teams more capable of challenging for results.

If that doesn’t happen nothing will ever improve and only get worse.

As well as that some form of British supercup would also be a good way of increasing revenue and quality of opposition.

  12. i love ur take on it, the amount of times i hear smaller teams fans saying that we have too much money and all that but it’s not our fault we have built what we have built, they just need to be more forward thinking, i feel like most of the smaller teams go into games with celtic or rangers already accepting defeat and that’s not really gonna get them anywhere, as a celtic fan i want more competition in the league, it’s nice winning most stuff but i want exciting games. Thank you for realising that it’s the other teams out with the big two that need to improve we don’t need to downsize

  13. Comments at the end, what a complete nonsense.

Every league in the world has a pool of teams that are capable of winning the league, spain has 2, France 1, Germany 1, England is the anomaly. What do the leagues have in common? A monopoly of money at the top. The only way it won’t be so “easy” for Celtic and rangers is if they were to agree to re-distribute finances which they won’t & it’ll never happen as you need a 11-1 vote to get anything through up here. We had the chance to do so when rangers were away and stupidly Aberdeen voted against it.

There’s a multitude of reasons why the OF are so far ahead and hardly any of it falls at the feet of the other clubs.

  14. I Realise it would never happen
But realistically be only way since
Ether rangers or celtic wins it.
Another teams may as well not bother showing up tbh .
They would need to move both teams to a different league because the only competition they got is them two.

Even like move to low end English league perhaps work way up.

Don't get me wrong like seeing
    Celtic win it .

but am sure not only person finds the scotish league boring… when only two team vote for.

Am sure this happens in another leagues
About only time celtic and rangers get challenge is when they fight another team from another country

  15. Yes for Celtic the Scottish league is simple. Actually, even for the Rangers. The points gap between the others is quite large for the old firm teams. I know that money alone does not win matches, but thanks to it, teams have better players, managers and facilities, and therefore it is easier. If I take it purely from this point of view and use transfermarkt to evaluate the Scottish League, it would be something like this: Celtic have a squad worth €110.35 million. Rangers even have a squad worth 138.95 million euros. The third team is Hearts and they have a squad worth only 18.13 million euros. The last team in Scotland is Dundee United with a squad worth 7.95 million euros. Both Celtic and Rangers thus play in every league match against teams that have players who are at least 100 million euros cheaper. And that is already a complete gap between the teams.

I'm from the Czech Republic and here we consider our league to be very uneven. But there is not that big a gap between the best teams and the worst in the Czech Republic. We have the so-called big three: Sparta Prague, Slavia Prague and Viktoria Plzeň. The first Slavia has a squad worth 53.75 million euros. Second Plzeň 31.73 million euros and third Sparta 41.23 million euros. The fourth team Bohemians Praha is worth 7.53 million euros and the last team Pardubice 7.40 million euros. The difference between Sparta, Slavia, Pilsen and the rest of the league is usually 45-30 million euros. This is of course quite a big difference, but nowhere near as big as in Scotland. Therefore, even the best teams in the Czech Republic have significantly more difficult games in the league than Celtic and Rangers have in Scotland.

The question is what can be done about it? Celtic and Rangers are far too powerful financially and in terms of players for the Scottish League. If they were to move to the English Football Association, they would have the same problem. Because even the last club in PL Southampton has twice as expensive players as Celtic and Rangers…

  16. If any team produces a good player Rangers or Celtic will steal them away. It's impossible for other teams to many any dent. It didn't use to be this way though. Look at Aberdeen in the 1990-1991 season splitting R & C and nearly winning the league. Same for 1992 and 1993 with even Motherwell beating Celtic to 3rd place that year, 1994-95 Celtic came in 4th behind Motherwell and Hibs.

  17. Funny it's not a question given to rangers cause let's face it, they haven't been beaten in ages as well. The sad fact is the TV money that the league lost 20 odd years ago. The league was pretty decent then. League to small as well. Should be 16 teams.

  18. Great work as ever Sam ! Did you not find it odd that after each Celtic goal VAR took two to three minutes to eventually award it. Then when saints scored ! the game restarted immediately with no check.

  19. Honestly Sam, the gap is massive and only getting worse as most media is set up to show the Old Firm and therefore they keep growing, whilst the rest struggle. The best thing would be for them to join whatever second rate super league starts up. Yes, the Scottish ‘brand’ would suffer but competitiveness would rocket and our brand isn’t all that great anyway, so I’d rather we were “as good as the Irish league” but my club could realistically have a great season and win it every once in a while. That would mean so much to so many.

Ps. That was Considine’s 600th professional game. Own goal, nutmegged for the second and sent off🤦‍♂️

Pps. The FCU were joined by 15 Spanish friends, supporters of Hercules and part of their ultras, Curva Sur.

  20. Fans in Kilmarnock, motherwell etc etc supporting rangers and celtic killed the Scottish game. These fans the taunt fans of the "smaller" clubs when really deserve respect for supporting their clubs. Too easy to support celtic because "I have a great great aunt from Ireland"

  21. Too easy 😂 wise up its 9 points.
If they were 27 points ahead and had league done by March then yeah fair enough.. but only 1 club has done that in recent times..

  22. I just don't see a way for anyone else to stand a chance of winning any trophies while Ange has the bhoys playing this well. People always say that our league is tiny but that's usually because it's just sad, bitter English fans comparing our league with the largest in the world, the EPL. We have 2 Champions League spots, much smaller leagues in Europe don't have that luxury. 🍀HH

  23. I’m a Celtic fan but I wouldn’t rule Rangers out yet by a long chalk. In fact, I have them even going into the next OF clashes. They seem to hold their nerve better.

  24. Congratulating celtic for winning games in the Scottish league is like congratulating a Michelin 5 star chef for making a pot noodle 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

  25. As in most leagues the club with the most money wins,
Celtic are by far the richest club in Scotland and it’s a shock when they don’t win every domestic trophy Europe is a different story.

  26. They could always partake in illegal tax evasion, allowing them to sign players they couldn't afford, break the rules of the game, but win cheated trophies like the club they pretend to be did. I mean, I know they might die in accordance with both UEFA and SFA Articles of Association, but as long as the media are happy to do a 180 on what they printed and broadcast, ie the truth, for their own commercial interests and, probably, the personal safety of their staff, well, what's not to like. Rangers the Turd, I mean Third to those who believe in the rules of the game, Scots Law and a level pitch ie everyone else but Pretendgers and the (mostly) failed media. I wonder if you believe Ben Johnson and Lance Armstrong, respectively, still hold their Olympic Gold and multi Tour de France titles. Ah, the myth that football clubs are everlasting. What a silly man David Murray was to even attempt to reduce the £80 million debt of the early 90's – if only Billy fae Govan whispered into his ear that only the company dies, it would have saved the Queen-robbing tax cheat (why hasn't he been stripped of his knighthood like his neighbour Fred the Shred?) tens of millions of pounds.

Craig Whyte, Charles Green and all the interesting businessmen they have brought in have absolutely rinsed the Sevvies for tens of millions, and all they have in return is a Dermot Desmond-donated, life-sustaining, fan-less Covid title and one Scottish Cup. As Queen (not the one they robbed whilst she hung on their dressing room wall) sang……. WAS IT ALL WORTH IT?

With the Articles of Association applied as they should be Celtic have won every title since 2000 but for the Covid Title. Utter, utter dominance. Without cheating. Without robbing the Queen.
