Just needs consistent game time in the right position, last two games he’s been great. The potential is clear to see and his family are all Chelsea, he clearly cares. Just down to him to nail down a spot and preform well, to make sure he’s safe for the summer and beyond that. Happy he’s staying!

He's getting better that's for sure . At first I used to be annoyed , he lost the ball constantly but now he is better but still needs to be better at keeping the ball . Also I would advise him to cut his hair cause he adjusts them quite often in the match .

Complete midfielder, very good defensively, strong on tackles, a lot of energy going forward, hard working on pitch, decent shooting unlike ruben who is great at dribling, and strength and driving the ball but lacks other things
Not good enough for a team like Chelsea
Clearly Conor is a talented baller, but now more than ever, especially with such a wealth of skillful new players joining the cause, he needs to raise his game if he sees any future at Chelsea F.C. It's also clear, as a club the bar has been raised, and the academy players themselves also need to recognise that nobody is untouchable, and will only be judged based upon performance and consistency. Who in their right mind wouldn't want to be a part of the machine currently being created at Chelsea.

Arsenal fan here. Honestly speaking this guy reminds me of Tomas rosicky and yossi benayoun, very good player on the ball and Conor is a very talented and underrated player.
