Idk how to explain it, but heโs good but idk if good enough for La Liga. He has confidence in himself, but the minute he looses that, I rarely ever see him play good and Iโm a Galaxy fan. I hope he maintains his confidence because if not, people are going to be real disappointed with this signing
Coming from a physical league(MLS)to a technical league(La Liga ) will be a big change for him . I can see him good in defense but I donโt think his style will fit Barcelona as I barely saw any combination of any one two or triangle in this clip at least . No defender will succeed with Barcelona if they donโt have the mentality of the authentic style which is possession and dominance when you have the ball and high pressure when you want to get the ball back .

As a Galaxy fan I would be sad to see him leave the team because defense is our biggest weakness and need rn so losing our best player on the back line will hurt us even more especially with our sanctions, but I would also be happy for him if he does he deserves it. Apparently the deal is signed both parties agreed they just need MLS to agree to it but we won't know if they will until Wednesday morning.

Defense was a weak area of Galaxy, I was so SAD when I hear Omar Gonzales left, Ashley Cole left, Vandamm left, and now Julian Araujo. But it is good for Julian to expose his skill to La Liga.
