TeamTALK claims Wolves are set to challenge Southampton and West Ham United for Mulligan. The 23-year-old registered three goals and five assists in 33 outings for Hibernian last season.
Wolves are said to have made initial enquiries, alongside West Ham. Hibernian are viewed as in a strong position as Mulligan has three years remaining on his contract.
AS reports Villa are interested in signing Woltemade and could meet Newcastle’s asking price, around £56.4 million. The striker is understood to have other admirers.
Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are monitoring his situation after a difficult first Premier League campaign. The German international, currently at the World Cup, cost Newcastle £69 million from VfB Stuttgart last summer and delivered eight goals and three assists in 33 league appearances.
