The Daily Echo understands that Scott is not for sale and the club will offer the midfielder a new contract this summer, but his form means there is interest in the Englishman.

United, according to The Athletic, have ‘explored the parameters’ of a deal for Scott, while Arsenal also admire the Cherries star, and other reports have linked the 22-year-old to Liverpool, to reunite with former Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola.

As reported, the club are keen to keep hold of Scott, and they are confident of doing so.

One of their key focuses this summer will be to ensure Scott and fellow young stars Junior Kroupi and Rayan.

Reports suggest that any new contract for Scott could include a release clause of around £75 million, which would likely ward off suitors this summer but could see clubs come back in for him in January or next summer.

Bournemouth will be hoping to structure the deal so they can keep hold of Scott for as long as possible or maximise their profit for him.
