It doesn’t seem like five minutes since the curtain came down on the Premier League campaign, but Nottingham Forest have now seen their 2026/27 fixtures revealed.
Forest won’t have European football on the table next season, and it will just be the Premier League, Carabao Cup and FA Cup for Vitor Pereira to negotiate.

Elliot Anderson looks set to sign for Manchester City this summer, but the hope will be that come the first day, the squad is largely unchanged from last season.
Now, the journeys can be planned, with Forest discovering their fate when it comes to the big fixture reveal.

It’s hard to look against the start of Forest’s campaign being anything other than the toughest period.
The first six games go as follows:
Leeds – H – 22nd AugustLiverpool – A – 29th AugustTottenham – H – 5th SeptemberAston Villa – A – 12th SeptemberCoventry – H – 19th September Crystal Palace – A – 10th October
If Forest can come through those fixtures with a solid points total, it could set the team up for a fluffier period going into the November international break.
It’s also worth noting that Forest face Manchester United away on Boxing Day and Newcastle away three days later, which will provide a stern challenge over the festive period.

Forest can now look forward to the next campaign with a bit of fire, and although it’s obvious you have to play every team twice, there is plenty for the Reds to look forward to.
The Reds will fancy their chances of a solid season after finishing so well in 2025/26, and Pereira will know that he needs to get the team off to a strong start.
